RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to assist.
Scarves may be returned or exchanged free of charge within Switzerland within 5 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in original condition.
As all fabric and wallpaper are printed to order, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges on these items.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer a flat shipping rate of CHF 13 within Switzerland and CHF 15 for EU and USA orders.
Complimentary shipping is available on all orders over CHF 100.
Wallpaper and fabric are made to order, and both typically produced and shipped within 3–5 business days. Please note, that our synthetic and silk fabrics require additional production time.
Scarves are shipped within 2–3 business days.
Delivery timelines vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Ways to wear your scarf:
55 x 55 cm: Bandana styling, neck scarf, wrist tie, or wrapped around a bag handle for a subtle accent
65 x 65 cm: Classic bandana or neck scarf, headwrap, or tied to a bag for an effortless detail
90 x 90 cm: Neck scarf or headwrap; Styled as a halter or bandeau top (best suited to smaller bust sizes); Worn as a mini beach wrap or light skirt over swimwear
67 x 170 cm: Draped neck scarf or soft headwrap; Elegant sarong or beach cover-up; Wrapped at the waist as a light layering piece or worn over the shoulders as a shawl
30 x 193 cm: Slim neck scarf or hair ribbon; Woven into braids or tied through the hair; Wrapped around a bag handle or worn as a delicate waist tie or belt detail
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR SILK SCARF
Silk is a delicate fabric that should be handled with care. Hand wash in cold or lukewarm water (below 30°C) using a mild detergent, then rinse gently.
Do not wring. Instead, press out excess water with a towel and leave to air dry flat or hung in the shade, away from direct sunlight.
Store flat or loosely rolled, and avoid contact with perfumes or harsh chemicals. Dry cleaning is optional. Machine washing is not recommended.

Scarves
Our scarves are made from high-quality natural silk and produced by specialist silk artisans. Each piece is crafted with precision and care.
Our manufacturing partner is certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), ensuring strict safety and environmental standards. Eco-friendly inks are used throughout production, with a focus on responsible and locally considered sourcing. Every scarf is made to last and designed with longevity in mind.
Fabric
Our fabrics are printed in the EU by certified partners offering OEKO-TEX® and GOTS-approved options, including organic cotton grown without harmful chemicals or pesticides.
Prints are designed for durability, with a lightfastness rating of >7 (ISO 105-B02), meaning good resistance to fading under normal conditions. As with all printed textiles, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause gradual fading, particularly on natural fibres. Synthetic options offer higher resistance to light exposure.
Wallpaper
Our wallpaper is printed in the EU using GreenGuard certified inks on PCV-free substrates.
